    • How can I return/replace an item?

      If you want to return some product, Click on "Return/Replace"  and select the reason to initiate return or replacement of your item. Our courier partner will pick it up from your place. Do keep the product tags and packaging intact.

      You can return/replace an item including shipping cost within few days of delivery if you have other queries, read our easy return policy.

    • When can I expect refund for my returned item?

      Once we receive the original item, we will do quality check initiate refund.

      For prepaid orders, it will be initiated immediately to your account.   We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.

    • How soon will an item that is Out of Stock or Backordered be available?

      We aim to always have the gear you need when you need it. If for whatever reason an item is listed as out of stock, provided an estimated restocking date. If you haven't placed an order for the item in question, please call us.For an order already placed, please reach out to our Customer Service Team. We'll be glad to look into this for you.

  • Order Delivery

    • I want to prioritize/delay my product delivery.

      Sorry, we will not be able to honour your request to prioritize or delay the delivery. While we always strive to deliver your orders as fast as we can, delivery timelines depend on several factors, such as the courier service and your location.

      However, you can coordinate with the delivery executive to reschedule the date & time of delivery of your order, once he gets in touch with you. 

  • Tracking Order

    • How Can I track My order?

      o keep a track of your order, use our Track Order facility on the top right side of our home page.

      From Your Orders, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.

    • I used my tracking number to check the details of my shipment but the information is not clear to me.

      Online shopping shouldn't be complicated at all! Courier companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Leave it to us to simplify those jargon terminologies for you!

      Approval: Your order is on its way to your city

      Processing: Your order has reached your city and we will attempt to deliver it today.

      Shipping: We tried delivering your order at least once and we will try again.

      Delivery: Your order was delivered and is on its way back to our warehouse.

    • I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?

      We request you to check your email and SMS for any communication regarding delivery timings from our side. We usually send a notification if there is a delay in delivery of your order. If in case you can't find any notification from us and the promised time is over, please get in touch with us and we will provide you with a solution.

    • What are benefits of having a premium membership?

      If you want to join as a regular member of our site, you can choose any product and add to your shopping card. If you want to join as a prime member, you have to pay some amount for premium membership and it will valid for 1 year. Its a golden opportunity for you, don’t miss it.

  • Shipping

    • What is FBM & FBT?

      If a seller decide to go with FBM, in that case seller will have the privilege to decide the shipping cost but in that case seller have to ship the product to buyer’s address of his/her own, entire logistics will be managed by seller only.

      In FBT, there is already different shipping packages are listed by admin and the entire logistics will be carried out by tooflee .

      Seller just have to choose the package as per his/her convenient.

    • Chat Option Available or not?

      Chat Options are available for both seller and buyer. So, if you have Any queries you can ask and communicate with admin department . That means you can ask questions and communicate directly. Definitely you will get a response from us.
